Hi! I'm Sui. I am a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I teach Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. I also have a deep interest in well-being, movement, calisthenics, strength training, and neuroscience, which further enhances my teaching. I love yoga and other movement disciplines. I continually deepen my practice and teaching, through reflective learning, curiosity, questioning, reading, and attending workshops, in yoga and other movement practices, which gives depth to my classes. I am adept at tailoring my classes according to client needs, e.g. dynamic styles for athletes, specific sequences for building strength or rehabilitation from injuries, and modified sequences for the elderly. I also run workshops for absolute beginners with specific focus on correct alignment and techniques, to facilitate smooth integration into bigger classes.
With my teaching, I hope to share the joy of yoga - the benefits of it as a moving meditation practice, and the improved strength (inner and outer), flexibility and mobility that comes with regular practice.
